Bronze Squad
Emphasis on stroke and skill development with introduction to fitness training and short sprints.
Participation at local Sunshine Coast swimming meets.
2-4 sessions per week recommended.
Silver Squad
Training squad for swimmers with strong technique and goals to improve their swimming performance. Race pace work introduced to training program.
Participation at local Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay swimming meets, with the aim to achieve State qualifying entry level times.
4-6 sessions per week recommended.
Gold Squad
Training squad chosen by coach for swimmers with higher aspirations to achieve results in swimming and surf lifesaving; working to specific race goals for each swimmer.
Participation at local Wide Bay and Brisbane swimming meets, with the aim to achieve State and National qualifying times.
7-9 sessions per week recommended.
