Aqua Aerobic/Fitness
A cardiovascular training class using plenty of variety to keep you moving
  • Improve cardiovascular fitness
  • Promote weight loss
  • Challenge current fitness level

Aqua Resistance

A series of weight-bearing exercises using 1kg, 2kg, 2.5kg or 5kg dumb bells.

Emphasis on correct technique, abdominal bracing and posture.

  • Increase muscle endurance and strength
  • Toning and shaping
  • Increase lean muscle while raising your metabolic rate for rapid fat burning

Aqua Combo
A combination of cardiovascular training, upper body exercises and abdominal work
